This evening the year 8 netball team travelled across to Arnold Lodge for their second league game of the season.

The girls had a ropey first quarter, with spells of excellent play but it was littered with silly mistakes. Finishing 1-0 after 8mins.

The second quarter the girls came alive, with some fantastic work in the centre court by Flo and Ioney allowing the ball to move nicely into the circle where Freya and Libby were able to convert the goals. At half time the score was 6-1.

The third quarter saw some great defensive play from Toula and Minnie in the circle stopping the ball being able to go through the net.

The final quarter the girls really came together well, with Scarlet, Zoe and Ioney bringing the ball down the court together. The game ended with a 9-1 victory to Southam.
