Year 10 GCSE Food Students have been looking at foods from different cultures.
As part of their British research, they investigated the components of a traditional afternoon tea. Students were then given a challenge as a group to produce a selection of sweet and savoury items including homemade scones, sandwiches, cupcakes and a pastry item.
Fantastic teamwork resulted in some stunning results.
