Food Preparation and Nutrition

Continuing their topic on presentation, yesterday our Year 10 GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students were given an egg and a slice of bread and given the choice of cooking methods for each, along with a selection of sauces and garnishes, to produce and present an attractive dish.  From boiling to frying, using cutters to shape the eggs and bread, the students demonstrated their imaginative flair to display 2 simple ingredients in an attractive manner.
